It's...uh, my birthday...again...

I'm getting sick, I think.

It...it means I might not get to pitch on Sunday. I...I have to get better by Sunday...I really want the ball and stuff, and...yeah.

I pick the worst times to get sick. I'm terrible.

Today is important...

...today is Abe-kun's birthday. And I really didn't know what to get him and I asked him and he said he didn't know either...so he just gets me, I think. I hope he doesn't mind that...

Yesterday we took Kaori-chan to the Franklin Institute and she and little Riou were really really cute!

Today Junta took me to Build-a-Bear because he and Kazuki always look really happy with that little stuffed Riou-dinosaur that they pretend is their son and I wanted Abe-kun and me to have a kid too because it looked so fun!

I just hope Abe-kun likes her...

EDIT: The formatting is really weird and I don't know how to fix it, so I'll just leave it...sorry!

Uhm...he scares me. Lots.

Talking to Junta is funny...

...because he's really easily distracted. And because you can tell when he's thinking about Kazuki because that one piece of hair that doesn't go down right on his head sticks straight up. It's great.

But it's also good to talk to him about stuff 'cause he really knows a lot about being with one catcher for a long time and he's willing to explain stuff to me. See, I wish that Abe-kun and I were more like him and Kazuki because they always look so happy when they're in the same place, even when they're not doing anything. But Abe-kun doesn't smile very much, so I went and asked Junta about it 'cause he'd probably understand catcher humor or something 'cause he just sort of surrounds himself with them. And instead he told me that people who are attracted to each other usually find each other funnier than people who aren't and then added that Abe-kun does look like he finds me amusing.

He pointed out that I make really weird facial expressions and that the ones I do on purpose are funny, and I did remember doing one for Abe-kun once that he really liked. (He also added that even the ones I don't do on purpose are funny, but then apologized and said I could make fun of him if I wanted to.) And he also reminded me of the cowboy thing, which almost went off into a conversation about Bible Game instead, but I was able to bring him back on that one.

I can even ask him serious battery relationship questions, and he'll answer those, too. He's told me stuff about why Abe-kun and Haruna didn't bond properly (he's learned that story and understood it really well) and why Hatake and I didn't work well together (Hatake was too into Shuu-chan to notice me, he says, so we never got to really bond well). He also explains how Abe-kun and I should be able to work stuff out with each other because we actually respect each other and stuff. And when he uses himself and Kazuki as an example of a working battery, he starts getting off-topic and that strand of hair starts perking up more. I told him about it tonight and he turned bright red. It was pretty funny.

...I just hope everything he tells me works. 'Cause it'd be really nice if Abe-kun and I could get where they are someday.

This doesn't seem right...

Somehow, I think this is wrong. Especially how they broke up his entire team like that. They should've dealt with it differently.

...and he's just good, too, is all, so I don't see why they're making such a fuss over it. I mean, he's not throwing wildly or anything, just fast. He might just be ready to move up to a different league - there was no reason to get rid of the entire team, was there? Right?
Uhm...me.
We've had lots of cooler days this August, so we've gotten to throw a lot this month! We actually just finished up a session now (the Misufuru people are throwing now, but I guess Tomaru-kun can tell you about them...if he's not posting about Nintendo or something...) and we're sitting on [info]1863_project's back porch and it's really nice and everything! There's a slight breeze and it's not too hot...

We had a pretty good session today, I think...we've had a lot of good ones lately. For some reason, everyone (it's everyone because Junta and Kazuki usually work at the same time as Abe-kun and me) was in a really good mood...maybe it was the weather. But Abe-kun was smiling more than usual, which was a little weird. And Junta kept talking about something called 'Olympic Powerwalking' which Abe-kun says is actually this and at one point he actually started marching around in the yard impersonating the people who do it. And then laughed about it for five minutes or so, so Kazuki had to go and carry him back over to the mound so he could throw more.

Abe-kun said I had good movement on my stuff today, which made me really happy, although I think a lot of that was the weather and not me...He keeps insisting that I'm looking a lot better lately, and I want to believe him but...I dunno. I mean, I actually feel pretty good, but I don't know if that's because I'm actually getting better or if it's just because I'm not unhealthy. ...I kind of hope it's because I'm getting better, though...

Yay, ice cream!

Abe-kun and I have been working on David and Goliath for a long time now, and we finally got really good recently! See?

Apparently there's going to be a thing on this game where some other batteries try to play it, and I'm really scared because although Shuu-chan will be here he has to bring Hatake and Hatake still doesn't really like me, I think. And Abe-kun will have to see Haruna-san and that's scary for him, too. And Junta and Kazuki will be working together on something and when they work together it ends up being really good. So I'm really nervous about this, actually...

We might get a real rotation soon!

We got to throw today because the humidity was low! For the first time, there were three BMU pitchers doing bullpen sessions, so Junta and I aren't alone anymore! (Kunimi Hiro from H2 signed on, so he was here.)

Oh, and a couple of people from Misufuru did a bit of a side session thing because [info]1863_project is scouting them. She says she wants Inukai in the rotation and Nezu to come out of the bullpen (he's a sidearmer and she likes sidearmers who come out of the bullpen). And she showed us video of Shigeno Goro from Major and said he has closer eyes, and now she wants him to be the closer. I'm not sure what closer eyes are exactly, but I think they're intense and scary or something. She says Jonathan Papelbon has them, too. She's making a comparison thingy I can post on Paint Shop Pro right now.

And right now the thingy looks pretty scary. I'm not sure I want to post it...

EDIT: It is pretty scary. But these are closer eyes, apparently.

Today Shuu-chan visited us! He pops in sometimes because Hiro has trouble with his forkball and Junta suggested that we get Shuu-chan to help him fix it. He decided to try playing Bible Game, too, because it's usually on here and he'd seen it before and thought it looked fun, so...

I was on Oobi and I didn't even know it!

Uhm...Tajima-kun claims this girl is me. And he yells it out at the end of the video, too.

I can throw again!

The weather was good enough to throw today! After dinner tonight, [info]1863_project set up this old pitching net she had in the garage and let Junta and me throw in her backyard! She showed us how to throw a knuckleball, too, which is weird - it doesn't spin or anything. And then she worked on her splitter for a while - she throws over the top - and kind of missed a lot at the beginning but got into a groove eventually and wasn't awful. She says my control is better, though.

It was a little weird throwing alongside Junta, though, especially since I've pitched against him and stuff. But it wasn't so bad and it wasn't hard to get used to. And I think Abe-kun and Kazuki-sempai get along well, too. We'll probably do it again soon if the weather stays good.

Oh, and when I went to get some balls that rolled under a bush there was a dead blue jay under there. It was pretty scary...I really didn't need to see that.

It's too hot here!

Uhm...so today probably wasn't the best day to try to throw. But I did it anyway. I got up early and I went out into the backyard to throw, but the weather was awful and the humidity made me sick pretty quickly so I laid down and stuff and it was so hot that I just couldn't make myself get up to go back inside.

And Abe-kun apparently thought I had died or something, because I was laying there and then I heard the door swing open and slam shut and suddenly he was there shaking me and asking if I was okay. I said I was, but he picked me up and carried me inside anyway. I was okay...he got a little too worried, I think. But at least he was worried about me...that was nice of him. Most people generally don't worry too much about me...I'm not worth worrying over, at least to them...
